Is there a minimum number of hours for hourly service?
We typically recommend a minimum of 3 hours for hourly bookings to make the most of having a dedicated driver. However, we are flexible and happy to accommodate shorter bookings depending on availability. Text us your plans and we will put together a quote.
Can I extend my booking mid-ride if plans change?
Yes. If you need more time during your booking, just text or call us. We will extend your service as long as the vehicle and driver are available. There is no penalty for extending. We simply adjust the time and provide an updated quote.
Can I make multiple stops during my hourly booking?
Absolutely. That is one of the biggest advantages of hourly service. Add as many stops as you like. Your driver will plan the most efficient route between them, and you are free to change the itinerary on the fly.
Does the driver wait during my stops?
Yes. Your driver stays with the vehicle during all stops and is ready to go whenever you are. Whether you are spending 20 minutes at a shop or 2 hours at dinner, the driver is waiting when you walk out. Waiting time is included in your hourly rate.
What is the maximum group size for hourly service?
