Yes. We regularly coordinate multi-vehicle events. For example, a gala might need a Suburban for the host family, a Sprinter shuttle for VIP guests, and a coach for the larger group. One coordinator manages all vehicles, timing, and routing so you only make one call.
Yes. We are happy to accommodate tasteful decorations for birthdays, anniversaries, and celebrations. Let us know your plans when you book and we will work with you on what works best for the vehicle. We ask that decorations do not damage the interior.
Absolutely. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, year-round. Whether your event ends at midnight or 3 AM, your driver will be there. Late-night pickups are one of the most common requests we handle for events in the Hamptons.
For peak season events (June through September), we recommend booking 2 to 4 weeks ahead. Holiday weekends and major Hamptons events fill up faster. That said, we accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible. Text us your event date and we will confirm availability right away.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled pickup are completely free. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% fee. Cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. We understand plans change, so we keep our policy as straightforward as possible.
