2. Get Picked Up

How is point-to-point pricing determined?
We quote a fixed price based on the distance between your pickup and drop-off locations. The quote we give is the price you pay. No surge, no hidden fees, no surprises. Text us your pickup and drop-off addresses and we will send a quote in minutes.
Can I add an extra stop along the way?
Yes. If you need a quick stop to pick up a friend, drop off a bag, or grab something on the way, just let us know when you book or tell your driver. We will adjust the route and quote accordingly. For trips with multiple stops, our hourly service may be a better fit.
What if my plans change and I need more wait time?
For point-to-point service, your driver arrives at the scheduled time, picks you up, and takes you directly to your destination. If you need the driver to wait at the destination or make additional stops, we can adjust. Text us and we will update the booking.
How much luggage can I bring?
It depends on the vehicle. The Mercedes S-Class fits 2 bags, the Chevrolet Suburban handles 6 bags, and our Sprinter and coach have ample storage for larger groups. Text us your group size and luggage count and we will recommend the right vehicle.
Do you provide child seats for point-to-point rides?
Yes. Child seats are available on request at no extra charge. Let us know when you book and we will have the appropriate seat installed and ready before your driver arrives. We carry rear-facing, forward-facing, and booster seats.
Are pets allowed in the vehicle?
Yes. We welcome pet-friendly rides. Just let us know when you book so we can prepare accordingly. Many of our Hamptons clients travel with their dogs, and our drivers are happy to accommodate them.
