When you book, we collect the primary parent or guardian contact information. This person is our point of contact for the evening. All route changes, timing adjustments, and updates are cleared through this primary contact.
You will receive a text message when your driver leaves for the first pickup location, so you know exactly when to expect arrival. No guessing, no refreshing an app.
Once the group arrives safely at the prom venue, we send a confirmation text to the primary parent contact. You will know the moment everyone is there.
If the group requests a stop or route change during the evening, we clear it with the primary parent contact first. No unapproved detours. You stay in control of where the vehicle goes.
When the last student has been safely dropped off at home, you receive a final confirmation text. The evening is complete, and everyone is accounted for.

We recommend booking at least 4 to 6 weeks before prom night. Prom season is one of our busiest times, and popular dates fill up quickly. Early booking also gives us time to coordinate pickup details, routes, and any special requests with parents and students.

Throughout the evening, the primary contact receives text updates: when the driver departs for the first pickup, when the group arrives at the venue, if any route changes are requested (which we clear with you first), and when the final drop-off is complete. Parents can also text or call us at any time to check on status.
We are happy to accommodate reasonable decorations that do not damage the vehicle interior. Items like balloons, streamers, and signs are generally fine. Please let us know what you have in mind when you book so we can confirm. We do ask that any decorations be removed at the end of the evening.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled pickup are completely free. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% fee. Cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. We recommend booking early and confirming details at least a week before prom.
