Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled pickup are completely free. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% fee. Cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. We understand plans change, so we keep our policy as flexible as possible.
What if my event runs late?
We include a 25-minute free grace period for all pickups. If your dinner, wedding reception, or gala runs longer than expected, your driver stays nearby and ready. Just text us with an updated time. For hourly bookings, your driver remains with you for as long as you need, so there is nothing to worry about.
