Service Agreement
By booking transportation with Hamptons Leisure Limo ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these terms. We provide black car and limousine transportation services across the Hamptons, Long Island, and New York City metropolitan area.
Booking and Confirmation
- Bookings can be made by text, phone, or email. A booking is confirmed when you receive written confirmation from us.
- Please provide accurate pickup and drop-off addresses, passenger count, flight information (for airport transfers), and any special requirements at the time of booking.
- We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. For weddings, holidays, and large events, we recommend booking 2 to 4 weeks ahead.
Pricing and Payment
- All quoted prices are fixed and include the vehicle, driver, tolls, and gratuity unless stated otherwise.
- Quotes are valid for the trip described. Changes to the pickup location, destination, or number of stops may result in an adjusted fare.
- Payment is due at the time of service or as agreed upon booking. We accept major credit cards and cash.
- Additional charges may apply for excessive wait time beyond the complimentary period, extra stops not included in the original booking, or vehicle cleaning required due to spills or damage.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup: no charge.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- No-shows (failure to appear at the scheduled pickup time and location without notice) may be charged the full fare.
- We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to severe weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control, with a full refund provided.
Airport Transfers
- We monitor flights in real time and adjust pickup times for delays or early arrivals at no additional charge.
- For airport pickups, we provide a complimentary waiting period after the flight lands. Additional wait time beyond this period may incur charges.
- Clients are responsible for being at the designated pickup area when the driver arrives.
Passenger Responsibilities
- All passengers must wear seatbelts as required by New York State law.
- Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles.
- Clients are responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers, including stains, spills, or physical damage. Cleaning or repair fees may apply.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to passengers who are disorderly, threatening, or who pose a safety risk to the driver or other passengers.
Liability
- Hamptons Leisure Limo carries commercial insurance as required by law.
- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road construction, accidents, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
- Our liability for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle is limited. We will make reasonable efforts to locate and return any items left behind.
- We are not responsible for missed flights, meetings, or events due to circumstances beyond our control.
Child Safety Seats
Child car seats are available upon request at no extra charge. Please notify us at the time of booking if you require a car seat and specify the age and weight of the child so we can provide the appropriate seat.
Pets
We welcome pets in our vehicles. Please inform us when booking so we can prepare accordingly. A cleaning fee may apply if excessive cleaning is required after the trip.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
